Allergy Testing and Diet
We will use kinesiology (muscle testing) to go through 200 or more food groups and find out what your body actually feels good about eating. Allergy testing also involves the understanding of the deep cravings related to the ‘allergic response’ (histamine and adrenaline release) and the role of food sensitivity in your body.
Allergy Testing allows you to examine where nutritional support can lessen food sensitivities. We will get in to conversation with your own body and then learn what to avoid, what to add, and for you to learn how to ask your own body about what it needs. Allergy testing allows you to know yourself better and teaches you a tool to support yourself, your pets and your children into better eating choices.
